ok this fish guppy I have the tail and body are starting to disapper. All that is left of the tail and rear end of the fish is white fluff. What is this and what can I do?

i have the same prob with two of my guppies, one died and the other isnt doing well. i wish i knew what the prob is but i have no idea how to stop it
