Whats everyone using for filter media in these canisters. I'm thinking of picking up 1 or 2. Also whats your opinion of these filters.

Love mine.. beast filtration. Will create current in the aqaurium. Media tray sizes are not huge, but more than adequate. PITA to move/service as they are very heavy when filled; it does include a drain valve. Auto purge feature very convenient.
My media:
Top tray = prefilter + 100 micron polishing pad
Middle tray = biomedia (I like Seachem)
Bottom tray = biomedia
