what happens when you combine a free lcd picture frame with some eggcrate and a marimo ball?
this monstrocity.
pics are lousy, I need to shoot it in the dark for the full effect, but the lcd projcts through the clear cubes.

lol. yeah. but it's no place for the babies! lol.
no pics lit up. I need to shut off everything else for that. it's not as bright as I had hoped. soon though.

oh, the lcd is UNDER the tank. the eggcrate is the top of a false bottom, so the lcd projects up through the clear cubes that are in the eggcrate, the grid in the center are all clear.
