Lets all post pictures of our first tanks.

Here are a couple of mine. . . I seriously knew NOTHING about anything when I first started this.

Here's my first tank (besides the little 1 gallon betta-bowl we all had when we were 5)
25 gal. hex

When I first got it from craigslist it looked like this:

Then I got a little bit smarter-er-er-er, and tried going for a more natural look...still a fail.

Then a few weeks later I bought ANOTHER tank from craigslist. This was a disater.
29 gallon

While I was filling up with water and before the fish:


Then I put in the fish:


This tank was so overstocked, it's not even funny (These were all the fish the lady had. I bought NONE). . . 30 jewel cichlids, 1 red zebra cichlid, 2 F8 puffers, 2 common plecs.




WOW. What a NOOB.

My parents know nothing about fish. And I didn't either when I had those tanks. I didn't even know what 'overstocked' was. I researched A LOT while having those tanks...and even still research a lot now.
I just wish I could've had a parent (or relative) who knew the slightest thing about fish.

LOL, I've come A LOOONG way since then.
