Angelfish Getting Nipped At

Hi i just recently added two angelfish to my tank along with two guppies and the fins of the angelfish are getting nipped at. I have two serpae tetras a kuhli loach and the angelfish and guppies and im not sure who is the culprit? If anyone could help shed some light on the situation it would be much appeciated.

It is the serpae. Either move the serpae out or the angels.

Definately the serpaes, either move the serpaes or angels or add to the school of serpaes to move the agression to within the group. I have a group of 11 serpaes with my Angel no nipping problems
