Snail Growth

I don't know if I'm not observant or if my snails are sneaky. It seems like my snails grow when I'm not around watching them and even though I check them out daily when feeding them, it seems like - Poof! They grew! It's not like they get a little bigger, it's more like all of a sudden they are alot bigger! Anyone else ever have that feeling? With my fish I can usually tell but not when it comes to the snails.

Jeff, I cannot even tell my snails. I bought my assassins at only about half an inch size and I never realized they've already gained an inch size which took me by surprised. As for my mystery snails, I never realized everyone had grown as much until I noticed the shell growths.

With my Bridgessi it is the babies that take me by surprise. One day they are pea and it seems when I turn the lights on the next morning they are marble. Once they get bigger, the growth lines on the shell gives it away for me.
