Does this look okay? To scale sump plans.. opinions needed..

I'm getting an octopus 110 NW skimmer, on two different websites it says different footprints so to be safe I have 10" on the skimmer side.

Tell me what you think of this design. The DT will have corner overflows, and it will be drilled.

Will it matter that skimmed water is going into my fuge? Will it make a huge difference or is it alright? :help:

The sump is a 30" long 20 gallon tank.. the display tank is a 36" breeder 40 gallon.
