I have a 20g planted tank , noticed some hair like algae growing on my java moss, can anyone identify, and how do i get rid of it>?

wow, looks like hair algae to me, take a tooth brush and get as much as you can out the moss, then get some hydrogen peroxide in a ml dropper or pippette and slowly slowly slowly squeeze the hp on the algae. it will bubble when you got it.
i personally would trash the moss but above method is your only hope. you can use excel the same way buy will kill moss with alot of excel on it.

Hair algae. Toss it, it is garbage now. Peroxide doesn't work..
Correct the problem as to why you got the algae and then buy new moss and try again.
