Personally, I haven't a clue. Though I love cyrtocara moorii (hey, who is that vomiting at the back?!).

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...

BUT..to you, what is the most beautiful Malawi Cichlid?

to me, the auratus cichlid. i love those fish! id make a colony if i had the room and tanksize...

It is all personal opinion....I'd have to say though that the Placidochromis Phenochilus "tanzania" ranks up there pretty high.

I like the Kadango for coloration. I have to agree that it is pretty hard to pick just one!

I agree, by far the nicest looking fish we have. Sucks, we lost his mate over the weekend. :wall: No clue what happened, at least she gave us 60+ fry.

I can't choose between Placidochromis electra and C. Afra Jalo Reef. I think the Electra just eeks out the Afra on shape and sleekness though.

Sense I have to pick one it would be Xystichromis (Haplochromis) Phytophagus (Christmas Fulu) woops not lake Malawi.

My favorite is the Blue Ahli. They are a beautiful deep blue with white along the top fin.:thm:

Aulonocara lwanda male is an awesome looking peacock.

And I'd probably pick a nice strain of a male greshakei for mbuna.
