I posted about 100 free mosquito fish on CL, also about 10-15 Japanese trapdoors, and got a call from a koi breeder.
After mush pond talk, he ended up saying he'd bring a few 4"-5" koi to us.
We were actually looking at some koi two days ago, glad we didn't get them.
I will post pics when they arrive tomorrow.

Aww, couldn't get pics.
But I will try once they are a bit bigger, and more friendly.
I got three red and white koi, a breed of comet he is working on (black and white), and a GORGEOUS blue shubunkin.

Since I am renovating the pond, I will try to pull some of them out for pictures.
My favorite appears to be a koiXcomet. Rather plan, but interesting markings.
I think I'll go do that now XD
