I just talked to the guy.
He says it has a Fluval 305 (which I know is not enough), regular flourescent lights, 2 glass heaters, any type of gravel I want and he would deliver it for $50 (which is a big bonus to me). It is a 6 month old tank (or so he says).
He wants $595 for everything. Sounds a little steep, even for the NYC area. What do you think?

i think that i've certainly seen better deals than that on craigslist, for tanks that size and bigger.
I might make him a lowball offer. $595 is too much for that. He can reject me if he's offended, I don't care.
I would offer 200-250 if you really want it but wouldn't go over that really. Does he have pics of it? I would also tell him, if you go for it, that you want to inspect it before committing to buy.
