what happened to the sunset?

Sunset Hygro tops had some serious sunset to them before. Now it looks like the sun set hours ago! The tops are totally green now instead of pink like before, is this an iron deficiency? Anyone else have this problem with theirs?

sup debaric? I was talking to this older fish keeper at an LFS and he was saying that for some reason sunset hygo is all weirdly genetically warped and that it eventually looses it's vibrant color and sometimes will die off completely. sorry this doesn’t really help you at all, just thought I would share what I heard. who knows maybe it was just a weird old wives tale, the guy was also against black worms and dwarf gouramis from Asia.
