new stufff for my tank

I decided to go out and buy some stuff for my plants today. I ended up with a 36" Floral Sun "maximum plant growth" 30 watt bulb, and baught the Seachem plant pack, which includes the flourish, flourish iron, and flourish excel. I have a 46 gallon bowfront with not a ton of plants, just a few.
My main questions are, how often do i add the "flourish iron." it does not say on the bottle, it only says when necessary. Does once a week sound ok?
and, will this be sufficient for my plantts? Will it allow me to go and buy any plant, and not have to worry about lack of light?

WHY OH WHY cant I find that package here anywhere

im gonna have to order some better ferts I think....

on that note..... 30 watts of light is EXTREMELY low for a 46g tank... make sure you are using LOW LOW light plants, and dose ferts accordingly

Iron is going to be minimal with that amount of light. You'll probably get just enough using flourish (.32%).

i dont get it though. the guy at the store said that its the one, and it will grow plants well along with the ferts
