I bought 4 of them 5 days ago and 4 more 2 days ago. But during the last 8 hours or so, 4 of them have molted! (I just saw one pop out of the shell!) Is this normal or should I be concerned?
It's a good sign for shrimp to molt when entering a new tank. This helps them adapt better to the new water parameters. So when you get a new shrimp, cross your fingers that it molts asap. Higher survivability this way :-D
