Identify this loach please

I was in the LFS with grandchild and as I wandered she asked the sales clerk for 4 black kuhli's....
I didnt pay much attention.

Well to make a long story short ....i thought i saw a different looking one but for the past 4 weeks have not seen it again until today.
Needless to say he is not a black kuhli aka pangio oblonga; head face is differtn body type is different...everything even the side has what looks like a stripe down it and is shiney....his head looks more like a horseface..but i am not sure.


i finally got a few pics of him...please help me identify him..he seems rather happy..now that he has come out of hiding..88448

Edit: I see you were thinking that already. It does look like a horseface to me.

Not a horseface now that I looked it up :)

Definitely not a Pangio oblonga. It is a Pangio doriae.

Thats a gold kuhli. My LFS has em, if it wasnt for their color Id get em.
