New 100gal cichlid tank

I'm so used to posting in General FW that I didn't think to post here, but here's a link to the post:

I'd appreciate any help from the cichlid experts, especially suggestions on stocking, once I thin out the original inhabitants of course. I'm looking for more suitable bottom dwellers, scavengers, algae eaters, a couple more colorful cichlids, and maybe a school of target fish.

I know I've accidentally created a pH more suitable for Rams than africans, I'm trying to decide on the best method to fix this.
