exactly 7 days from the first spawn, my rams dug a tiny pit on the 14th and laid more eggs :) this time i am going to leave the fry in with mom and dad and see what happens. they are cleaning out the infertile eggs again, and i expect to see fry by tomorrow night/saturday morning.

im beginning to think there is something in the water...my emeralds are acting lovey dovey this morning as well ;)
 
i know! they spawned closer to where i sit with the laptop all the time. they must be peeking at the photos...
 
i saw wigglers this morning when i turned on the lights :)

I've been wanting to spawn rams as well, hoping now I can find a female.
 
good luck with finding a healthy female. id offer some of mine, but mine are the balloon type. i wouldnt want to mutt up the species

I've got tons of females right now! They are 50% wild blood and will be breeding VERY soon. I could sell you a couple if you wanted. Many of them would have already but there's only a single male in the tank with about 20 females in the tank.
