Okay, I'll admit that I have no idea what "grows" on live rock.

I've had these pieces of LR in my tank for about 3 weeks and have seen some interesting things I have not noticed before.

Might someone be able to chime in and see if you can identify some of the "things" growing on my live rock....and whether it's a good or bad thing....

Picture 1 - Long, white strings....tube worms, perhaps?
Picture 2 - Fuzzy stuff.....???
Picture 3 - Same thing as Pic 1, just lots of them all over the rock...
Picture 4 - It's shapped like a coil, has brown and white stripes...
Picture 5 - These little red frag looking things are alllllll over the rock

I think 3 and 5 are sponges, though I am by no means an expert

Whatever the cause is, I hope you can get rid of it. I wish I was a saltwater fish aquarist, I may have helped you here. have you googled around about this worm? Give it a try! I might try saltwater 1 one day, it'll be fun..especially when I've been hanging around as a freshwater aquarist all the time and plants lol. Well good luck!
