can I put more fish in my 35G? pics included

I want to make wish comfortable.

Right Now i have:
6 Danios
7 Odessa Barbs
1 Pleco - this dude grows FAST (about 5" right now)I was told it will adjust to the aquarium but I'm already thinking I will have to give it away to my friend who has 100G.
1 Chinese agile eater - he is very quite and shy for now though I've read they can be aggessive once they mature - I hope this one will have a nice personality ;)

I'm planing to add:
1-2 Blue Acara (a couple may be)
2-3 Otocinclus Catfish - I have a lot of agile


can I add school of small catfish (False Julii Cory Cat) or is it too many for my tank size?

get ride of the CAE and the pleco, they will not do well in your tank at all once they reach their full size. common plecos get bigger than a foot and CAE get like 10 inches full of bad temper! after that I think you would be fine with 5 or so corys.
by the way your tank looks really nice!
 
I would say the Pleco and SAE need to go you can get away with oto's but the blue acara's get to big for your aquarium. Nice lil setup u got there
 
If you put the pleco and CAE in another tank I think you'll have room for 3 otos and 6 small cories.
