:help:
Hi, this is a question probably asked many times. I did try to look to see if someone has already asked it, but I couldn’t find any. Mind you, I am still new to this site and probably looked in all the wrong places! So please bear with me while I ask again a question you have all probably answered ten times already.
I have a 22L tank in my room, and have had it for a good few months now! This was the first tank I ever had, and so it was a massive learning process for me on maintaining it healthy, learning about PH and everything. Although there is a lot more to learn, I think I pretty much have that tank under control, the fish all seem happy and healthy, and the water is clear and good from what I can tell.
My mum over the weekend decided that she now wanted another tank for the house, and went and bought a 63L tank kit think with all the instructions in it, and got me to set it up! I have done so, put in the water, the conditioner, the heater and filter, gravel and a few decorations. No fish.. even though the kit says u can put them in in 24 hours, I am determined to go traditional and leave it running at least a week first. All was good on the first day, however the second day i noticed the water was cloudy. I added more chloriniser, and fixed the PH, but nothing has changed. Iv looked closely to see if it is particles, but it doesn’t seem so, unless they are very fine. But its been a good 3 days now and there has been no change. Am i missing something? What could be causing the cloudy water? I don’t want to add fish until I know the water is safe!
Thanks in advance for help! ^^ :thm:
