OK, i hate cutting ut, so I know everyone else does too. So I built a hotwire cutter to make it easier and faster to cut this foam.

So I got to thinkin, I wonder if anyone would be interested in buying this faom already cut so they dont have to cut it themselves and Viola! this thread was born!!

So I uses the 7x7x6 boxes you get for free from the USPS to ship lots of stuff, and that is the size this insulation kit is for. You'll get enough foam to insulate 12 boxes.
I figure it would be about $15 plus shipping.

Anyone interested?

i like how you added the step by step pics on how to put the foam in at the bottom...

That's a great idea for people who ship a lot! Have you put some on AB??

Cutting takes a long time for me and is really messy. And I couldn't possibly make the cutter. I'd be interested, depends on the shipping cost Zig.

I am going to see what the smallest box size would be that will fit all the pieces, then I can get a base for shipping costs. the foam itself only weighs like 3 pounds so it shouldnt be alot.

I would be interested too.
