medication and cloudy water

How did you treat for ICH? Salt and tempurature or medications? I have only heat/salt and never had the cloudy water issue.
I used medication and raised the temp a bit. Also did a vacume and PWC every night between doses.
Miss, I've done this before- you need to do 30-40% waterchanges daily until it clears up. Stinks but it's the only way. Also need to rinse out* your Bio Media and Sponge in fish tank water so the meds get shaken out.
*NOTE: Do not rinse media in tap water! Only water removed from the tank.

I had to start medicating again but the water cleared up anyway. We'll see what happens after this round of meds.
Viva...what kind of fish is that in your profile pic? It looks like a pleco but I've never seen one like that. I think I need to get one of those.
