For the tank--don't run the filter with any media. The live rock and sand are the best filtration for your money, and require the least effort by you. Mechanical filtration in SW tanks can cause nitrate spikes, and must be cleaned frequently. Otherwise, it looks like you're off to a good start. I highly recommend fishless cycling--much easier in the long run.

You may have problems with your stocking list. All lions will eat anything that will fit in their mouth--and this may include the clowns. Even dwarf lions will get to 7-8 inches, so percula will be bite sized. If you went with one of the larger clowns, like maroons or clowns, it would be fine. The lion may also pose a threat to crustacenas. Snails and limpets will be safe, and hermit crabs usually are left alone, but decorative shrimp (ie, blood shrimp, camel shrimp, peppermints, etc) and crabs are snacks.

For corals--your lights will allow you to get some of the lower light corals, like mushrooms and some polyps, but anenomes are out. You wouldn't want to add it to the tank for quite a while anyway--they need stable, established tanks. Their survival in the aquarium is thus far fairly poor, and they are not a beginner animal. The clowns will be fine without them--they will host in pretty much anything, and captive bred species seldom accept anenomes anyway.
