another green terror to sex

My vote is female, the coloration & fins don't really differ with terrors..... this one doesn't have a kok which is why I say female.... how big is it? But I would say at that coloration if it were male, the kok would be forming by now.... the one in my avatar wasn't very big & his is pretty pronounced already

looks like a male to me, though its not the most distinctive specimen I have seen
 
What's a kok? Also, thank you all and sorry the pics aren't that great. I got them from the guy on craigslist who is selling it.
