Live Rock question

When i headed off to school in the fall i broke down the majority of my tank but left the live rock and sand in my tank and just filled the water level back up with freshwater whenever i came home. I just got home for the summer and the water level was at about 30% so a large portion of the LR was not underwater. The parts that were were in water that had a really high salt concentration. Is this rock reusable, will i need to reseed it, or do i need to start all over with fresh live rock and recycle a tank?

I would just re-cure it, just to be sure....should turn out fine after that...

What kind of time factor are we looking at for live rock that has gone dry for about a week to have it back up and working as a natural filtering agent?
