I'm thinking about getting some Anubias for a low light invert tank, and I'm also thinking about putting some in one or both of my high light tanks that have 3.5 wpg and 4.5 wpg. I use CO2 on the high light tanks along with dry fert dosing. Will the anubias survive and/or fllourish in these high light conditions, or am I just setting myself up for failure?

The anubias will flourish. We denote plants as low light because they can survive in low light conditions, not because that is their preferred condition. Put a low light plant in a high light nutrient enriched tank and watch its growth explode.

They will do great in high, and low light.

you will see some pretty impressive growth under that light with anubias co2 and ferts. mine have doubled in size in the few months that i have had them and i am not looking into how exactly one splits a rhizome.

just watch the placement and try to give it a little "shade" or not direct high light. anubias are the first to get that hard green spot algae that's often on the glass.
but they will thrive in high light fo sure.

I have a java fern, considered a low-light plant, in a 10g under 26w of light and receiving fertilizers, and it's exploded into a beautiful centerpiece plant with lots of offspring. :thm:
