View Full Version : Radican control?
Hey, anyone know a way to keep my Radican Sword in the tank? Its the centerpiece for my 55g and the leave keep getting bigger and bigger, which is fine, but now they are going out of the tank and getting burned by the light? Thanks for any suggestions =D

pull the outer large leaves off and let the new younger leaves grow
the stems are out of the water before a leaf really starts to grow :( you thinking trimming the roots would help?

Once it gets that big, its time to move it to a bigger tank. Just like fish, some plants can outgrow a tank.

most any kind of "centerpiece" plant.. will grow past the waterline eventually if given enough time, and healthy conditions (which you obviously have)
im sure there are some out there.. so ill leave that to an expert
