1) Haplochromis sp. "Uganda Fire Red" (http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1552 (http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1552)): very beautiful and really rare victoria cichlid. Around 1 inch in length, male tend to be bigger than female but they are too young to be sexed right now. $5/piece, 10 fry for $45. Father of the fry:

2) Astatotilapia latifasciata / Zebra Obliquidens (http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1556 (http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1556)): very beautiful and popular victoria cichlid. Around 1 inch in length, male tend to be bigger than female but they are too young to be sexed right now. $3/piece, 10 fry for $25. Father of the fry:

3) Metriaclima estherae / Red zebra cichlid (http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1730 (http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1730)): very beautiful malawi cichlid. Around 1 inch in length, can't be sexed right now. $2/piece, 10 fry for $15. Pic of the real fish:

Local pick up in Boston/MA area, but shipping is also available through USPS priority mail (no guarantee) or overnight/FEDEX (life arrival guarantee). Buyer pays the shipping fee plus $3 packing fee (box/breather bag/72 hrs heating pack).

Those look more like juvies than fry

big difference because fry are almost impossible to ship.. whereas juvies will do fine

Those red zebras are about 1 inch, some are bigger, some are smaller. I guess they look bigger because of the close shot.

I alwasy call fish "fry" if they are under/around 1.25 inch and their adult size is 5+ inches. While some people do call them juvies, but in my opinion, juvie should be at least 1/3-1/2 of their adult size.

I did ship cichlid fry and pleco fry many times without any problem, even through USPS priority mail in winter/spring time. They were about 1/2-3/4 inch when I ship them. To be honest, I would like to ship fish under/around 1 inch. They will have bigger chance to survive than larger ones, but this is just my experience.
