I have a power head, and I also have a whisper power filter for a 10 gallon tank laying around( the tank I have is a 30 gal) I have the hagen system but tomarrow am moving to pressurized co2!:) I was wondering which one of the 3 would be the best way to diffuse the bubbles!

Use the diffuser that came with the Hagen system.

Do be sure to monitor your pH and know your KH as it would be easy to overdose a 10 gallon tank.
Start slow!
Agree with Slappy. Use the ladder diffuser.
If you don't know how to compare pH and kH for CO2 absorption, ask. It's very easy to inject too much especially, as stated above, in a 10.
