I like both as you can really only do steak and hambugers on a hot grill.
but ribs, shoulder, butt and brisket must be properly BBQ'd :thm::thm:

aww deb.. you missed out.. 12 hr smoke slow cooked 3 racks of ribs with my dry rub. mine go into a smoker/grill (barrel with hot box).
I use the wet smoke method and only use wood . ;)
next up.. pork butt(really a shoulder) and a brisket.
we also got a great deal on some ribeye steaks and some t-bones(thick cut) those went on a charcoal wood fired grill

I use a gas grill :-(
I make things taste pretty darn good though... I wish I could do a BBQ but I live in a rental and have no room

Just got done eating flat iron steak on the grill. I just love them they plump up so nice and they are so tender.
