It's at least twice that size now and it's very scaly. She eats and acts pretty normal otherwise. Any one have any idea what it is? I think it's a tumor
I can't see the growth clearly. Does it look like a bubble embedded in the skin? Has it been injured before? What do you feed? What are your water parameters, tank size and tankmates?

I haven't checked the parameters lately but it's a 37 gallon tank with 1 angel fish, two clown loaches, 3 cories, 6 rummynose, a clown pleco, 2 cardinals and 3 black skirt tetras. She hasn't been injured but she had ick about a year ago and almost died. then this thing started growing on her lip. I don't know if it's related. It's not a bubble. NOw it's round and about the size of a pea, a little bigger actually. It's very scaley. this tank has been up and running for about 9 years. It's planted and has co2 injected into it.
