I don't like that DIY stand at all. Way too expensive. If your going to spend that kind of money, you can have one built for you at about the same cost.
According to them, to build a 72x24 stand, you'd need 56 angle brackets! Thats insane. Using 4x4's for a stand would make the stand about 4x heavier than it needs to be.
update: Actually, that diy stand's instructions is garbage. The dimentions are out of wack. They don't realize that a 4x4 is actually only 3.5x3.5. Use those instructions all your spec's will be off.
