Pros
Awesome light... price is amazing- easy to mount either from the ceiling or with the provided mounts. bulbs are easy to change. Reflector works well.
Cons
no on/off switch, gets a bit hot when on for extended periods (more than 10 hours)

I would reccomend this light to ANYONE looking for a decent light for a planted tank, or a low-light reef that is on a budget
