I am looking to add back to my school of cory's in the next couple of weeks, and previously had 8 peppered cory's in my 55G. I am now down to 2 as I lost 6 of them in February.

Currently in the tank is:

1 x Angel
12 x Black Neons
8 x Rummy Nose Tetra
2 x Neons
4 x Oto's
2 x Rubberlip Pleco
2 x Peppered Cory

Ideally I want to have a minimum of 6, but could I add any more to that number? When I had 8 it was great watching them early in the morning or in the evening swimming all over the tank. The tank is planted and gets weekly 40% water changes.

Thanks.

I would up it to a dozen. You will be fine.

I agree with rich, I would also add more neon tetras

I think you're fine with a dozen too!

Great :) 8 was a lot of fun to watch, so a dozen will be even better. I have found a local breeder so will probably be picking up 10 C114 tomorrow.

Add a couple more peppered corys too, they'd like more friends
