Ok as stated above I would like to know whether or not Kuhli loaches will work in this setup. I have a 6' x 2' x 2' planted with drift wood. Sand substrate. Current inhabitants are.

Geo's Red Head topajos
Clown loaches
Congo tetras
Pristella tetras
Cory's
Oto's
Cocko cats
Syndontus eruptus
BGK 14"

The only 2 inhabitants that I am really worried might be a problem are the geo's and the BGK.

Thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers

Not sure on the geo's but I would expct the BGK make most kulhies its lunch.

kuhli's are even better at hiding than otos. They do have that yummy worm vibe going on, though. I really have no clue about these fish, and how they would be with kuhli's, but I feel like if oto's can make it, kuhlis have a really good chance.

Hebily,

That is what I was thinking (hoping) but I will wait and see what other have to say before making a decision. Maybe someone has this or a similar combination.

Cheers

These ones are incompatible with kuhlis. Sorry to say this but you have too many boisterous tankmates and the stocks are wrongly matched particularly S. eupterus with tetras. Eupterus do eat their tankmates as they reach 8 inch mark.

Geo's Red Head tapajos
Clown loaches
Cuckoo cats
Synodontis eupterus
BGK 14"

Lupin,

No need for apologies, thats why I like ask first don't want to put the wrong fish in the tank. As for the eruptus he is about 6" at the moment looks like I will have move him to the QT tank until I can buy and cycle a new one for him, so the tetras do not become food (what a shame I will have to get another tank). And do some more research on tank mates for him.

Cheers
