Question about acclimating

I am moving Briggs from one tank to another. Since it is really the same water and the tanks are the same temp, do I need to drip acclimate them?

nah, they will be fine. Are these juvies or adults?

I didn't when I moved mine. I did acclimate, but only over about a half hour.

Some of each, the babies are in a breeder net and anything over pea size is free range, lol.

only time I have had an issue is with babies. Can't hurt to do some small additions of tank water for a short amount of time (like 20 minutes).

Good deal :D I already moved the adults, the babies are still in the original tank in the net with the shrimp. I'll just put the whole thing in a bucket and do it that way.

Is this the same for shrimp? Can I move shrimp from tanks with the same conditions without acclimatizing them?

I already planned on drip acclimating my shrimp, just to be on the safe side. I will take care of the shrimp and the baby briggs at the same time.

Yeah Ill probably do the same as Its better to be safe than sorry :)
