LOl! When they were first named, Tribolium confusum was called Tribolium castaneum until it was realized that there had been a mistake so the name was changed. Hence the term confused.

And Biomajorstudent, micros are the larger of the worms.

The beetles are tiny they measure about 1/8 of an inch in length. I use the larva alot for my juvie bettas.
