Wow I've been out of the loop for quite a while if a TFH Mag. now costs $12.00 ea. Is there a shipping charge as well?

The $12 includes shipping. The TFH cover price is $4.95, but these back issues normally cost more since they're out-of-print and quantities are very limited! :)
