Two weeks of meds and masses of water changes. This plant has ruffled leaves at the edges with some curling and slight yellowing. All my plants took a hit but most are slowly improving now a few weeks after treatment.

This anubias is on driftwood so I guess it is very dependent on dissolved nutrients. All my anubias on driftwood have been sending out long roots since I finished treatment.

I have been adding plant grow, which has nitrates in it plus potassium, iron etc, and I've been slightly overfeeding. Nitrates have gone up to around 8ppm.

Is the plant likely to pick up on its own, will it need to regrow new leaves after which I remove the old ones, and what water parameters should I be aiming for?

Anubias are very slow glowers so be patient with it. Now that you're looking out for the plant needs for their recovery, it'll take time but you should get normal new growth. If you wind up losing a bunch of lower anubia leaves since there won't be new growth at the bottom of the plant, you may have to cut some of the bare stem off so you don't have a big bare spot.

As pink mentioned, anubias are slow growers so it may take a while for the plant to pick up. Just wait it out.
