I used a product, called "PROPER ph 7.0" to reduce the ph in the water. The water is extremely cloudy and you can hardly see into it.
The tank is cycled and I want to add fish within the next 2 days. How can I cleart up the cloudy water?????????????

don't add anything more to the tank in regards to chemicals. Your pH isn't realy important other than keeping it stable. By adding something to fluctuate the pH, you are perpetuating a problem. Most fish will adapt to the pH of your tank from the store, as long as it is stable.
How is the tank cycled? How big is it? Is there any fish in it already?
You will need to work on these answers before anyone can diagnose your issues. It could be a bacterial bloom, it could be a cycle thing, could be anything at this point... we need to know where your tank is in regards to balances of Ammonia, Nitrates and nitrites.
