I am excited and a little hopefull. My Kirins, who I got as really small babies about 8 months ago, laid a whole bunch of eggs yesterday. I wasn't even sure they were old enough to breed. What are the chances they will actually hatch? I don't know how long the eggs should take to hatch, or what to do about feeding them, if they do. There are just the two Kirins and a Chinese Alge Eater in the 38 Gallon. The parents seem quite content at this point except when I show up with the camera. The CAE shows no interest in the eggs and is staying away from the area, at the behest of the parents.
