EDIT: I actually have two of these available, both have been used about the same amount of time.
Here is an Aquaclear 30 hang on back filter that I used for about six weeks before tearing down the tank it was on (which is now empty). It works just fine; I soaked it in bleach for a day and rinsed out the powerhead but you may want to clean it to your liking before usage. I do have the top around here somewhere but couldn't find it for the picture; it is included of course.
$20 + shipping (should be around $8) or just $20 if you want to pick it up.
