Brief Sand Questions

I am starting up a 10g FOWLR

I want to use a fine sand, but am not sure whether it will be more of a pain than it is worth.

I am thinking about going with Ocean Direct Carribean Live Sand. Specifically the 20lbs of Fine Oolite.

Is 20lbs enough for a 10g or too much?
What critters do I need to keep the sand stirred?
What is Oolite?

Or would you recommend going with Ocean Directs original grade (whatever that is) or another substrate brand altogether. I am hoping no to spend more than $19-$26.

I am partial to aragonite. In my sump I use a dense layer of sugarfine sand, but in my DT I am using oolitic aragonite (little aragonite spheres) easier on burying wrasses and some sugar fine sand mixed in. Roughly 4/5 oolitic aragonite and 1/5 sugar fine (mixed in only certain areas of the tank). This is really just my personal preference. The only strong recommendation is NOT to use crushed coral, it is a timebomb in my opinion.

And you will find that probably about 15 lbs is enough, you might end up adding a little more.
