Can someone please look over my sump design for me, i want to make sure i'm cutting the baffles the right size and putting them in the right place. The tank i'm using for my sump is a 35g tank (36" x 15" x 15").

Last baffle should be a bit shorter - drop to 8" like the other piece or you will need to have a very high water level just to get it to the pump.

Nevermind...what i posted a second ago...

Looks like a Fuge sump design.... is that what you wanted to do??

Far right wall isn't necessary and that 14" wall doesn't have to reach to the top of the sump...may want to have a spill over wall for the times that the foam block plugs up and flow is so restricted you would want the spill over to get over to the pump side...just a thought.

I started to cut some glass today and as i already had two pieces at 10" (from when i took the old sump apart) i am hoping to be able to use them in this build. So will this work or should i ditch the 10" pieces and cut some smaller ones?

Just make sure you get all the old silicon off the glass before you try setting them again. Silicon doesn't stick to silicon.
