I don't really think Heterandria formosa would eat the adult shrimp, but any babies you have would be on the menu.
As for buying them, I think I've seen them on Aquabid.
BTW, could you tell me where you got Opae-ula? I've been looking for them but can't find them at a reasonable price/quantity.

are h. formosa even brackish, iv never heard of such a thing or seen them personally in any brackish waters
Heterandria formosa are brackish, though I doubt they'd survive at the levels Halocaridina are generally kept in.
