Hi everyone. I work at a pet store in the philadelphia area (Horsham, PA to be exact) and our store is going out of business. Everything is being moved to other stores. Around December I noticed that this particular fish had dropsied, and although he was not mine, I took care of him and got him back to health with MetroMeds. He recovered fully and has not relapsed. BUT he has not sold either. I've been looking for a nice home for him, because I've gotten attached, but do not have the space for him in my tanks at home. I'd love to see him go to someone who understands how to care for him, and will give him the amount of space and weekly water changes he deserves. (Not someone who is going to stick him in a bowl, etc!).
If anyone is interested please let me know. We have to be out anyday now and if I can't find a home for him he will be shipped to another store and lost in the mix.
He's a cute orange fantail about 3 (maybe 4) inches including tail. Normally we would sell him for about $10 but my manager knows the history and says I am able to give him away free to a GOOD home.
