My Foxface has always been my favorite fish in my tank but yesterday he seem to be acting a bit lethargic. This has continued into today as well. He is not eating or swimming, just laying and breathing heavy. He has no visible signs off illness that I can see. My parameters are good, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and 0 nitrates. Calcium and Alkalinity levels are good. I dose Calcium and Alkalinity two to three times a week depending on my readings and Iodine once a week.

Sorry to say this...but those sound like signs of the inevitable. Hope you are lucky...if not, be prepared for the worse.

Some fish just randomly out of nowhere get sick...it could be something internal...I have no clue, but it happens.
