I'm new here. Hello to everyone. I'm also new to the hobby so I'm very glad to be able talk with you guys who actually know what you are doing, unlike myself. 
Thank you in advance to anyone who offers any help at all. I bought an Aqua C urchin Pro with a mag drive 3 pump. Neither of these came with any real instructions other than rinse. I hooked up the pump and it's running alright. I see the bubbles and everything but my collection cup is filled with water. I tried pouring out the water and starting again but it filled again very quickly.
It never overflows,however it is filled to the top with water. I tried adjusting the ring around the outside of the cup it fills in both positions all the way up and flush. Is it broken? what should I do?
