I LOVE FISH CLUB!!!

Man, we had our monthly meeting of the Capital Cichlid Association today and I was in hog heaven! Eric Bodrock was the speaker on cory breeding and what an awesome presentation. He also brought a bunch of really cool stuff to share for auction. Needless to say, I came home with a fish cooler of goodies:

I got Aspidoras albater, which are aboslutely adorable, no pics yet as they have just been added to a tank.
I also got a breeding pair of Pseudomugil ivanstoffi, blue eyed rainbows. Man they are some sexy sexy fish. I can't wait to get better shots! Here is them after unceremoniously dumping them in a tank when I accidentally popped their bag:

Its always like that Steve. Not always sooo many exciting and rare microfish, but the group is like that and every month there is something fun and exciting. The speakers are always fantastic and its just a great group of people. We have as many as 100 members at meetings and the auctions are always anything but mini! It has changed my whole experience within the hobby to be part of this group. I do hope you decide to become a member! The bbq is next month, then the following month is a field trip to Frybabies in Kutztown. The following month (september) will be a regular meeting again. Hope to see you there
