Nice spot. What part of the Bahamas were you guys in? I'm planning a trip myself, and the Bahamas are a possibility.

Thanks Doc, Kurt, MsJ, Zigbert, Bugz, Pro, Slappy. I had a great time. Rach, the starfish shot is underwater. Otherwise, i've got some soundless videos, but it's real hard to take macro shots when the water is throwing you around. I was in Nassau, on New Providence Island Slappy. Apart from the obscenely expensive food prices, I'd have to highly reccommend the place. Beautiful scenery, nice people, great food, and a lot to do/see.

Nice shots! I was on Paradise Island, Bahamas, many years ago and it is a wonderful place for a vacation. The food was astronomical then too.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Lol, the party boat was a blast. They kept feeding us alcohol like it was their job, which I guess it was. Ken, if you count my friends, then definitely yes. Sploke, there were hundreds of those snails in the tide pools, and all these really interesting but incredibly fast crabs, and we even saw some sea anemones. I felt like a total geek puttering around on the shoreline lol. Snoop, we almost walked out of the supermarket. The prices on things were insane. 10 bucks for a bottle of instant coffee, 8 bucks for a half a pound of ham etc....

I remember having lunch at this little diner type restaurant....2 - cheeseburgers, 2 french fries, 1 Coke, 1 Iced Tea..........$52.58 USD!
